Administration Manager
Location : Fully sheltered walkway from Yio Chu Kang MRT
Employment Type : Full-Time
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform planning and coordination of administrative procedures and systems
- Organize smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines٫ developing measures to optimize the processes
- Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities.
- Payroll for about 10 staffs
- Manage grants and compliance
- Supervise staff performance٫ helping subordinates with coaching and guidance to ensure their maximum efficiency
- Manage inventory of office supplies and organize purchasing of new material
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Organize facilities services٫ maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
- Manage other office activities such as event planning and events
- Review operations ensuring their compliance with policies and regulations
- Stay informed about all organizational changes and business developments
Administration Manager requirements are :
2+ years' experience of working on an Administration Manager positionGood experience with office management procedures and departmental and legal policiesExcellent knowledge of financial and facilities management principlesGood practical experience with MS OfficeExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong analytical mindsetGood team player abilities with problem-solving and leadership skillsDiploma / Degree in business administration or other relative areaPlease ensure the following are indicated in your CV when you email to jasonfong@wholesomesavour :
