Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated Test Equipment Technician to support our semiconductor manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance improvement of ATE Test and Backend equipment in a cleanroom environment.

Position : Test Equipment Technician- 12-Month Contract with renewable

Location : North Singapore

Working hours : 12-hour permanent shift — option to choose either day or night shift .

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform maintenance, conversion, debugging, and repair of ATE Test and Backend equipment.
• Record and update equipment maintenance, calibration, and performance logs.
• Collaborate with Engineers to enhance reliability, performance, and productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and Planners to meet production targets.
• Generate reports on equipment downtime, yield, and output.
• Train new technicians and operators on proper equipment handling.
• Maintain 6S workplace standards and manage spare part inventory.
• Lead or participate in process improvement and safety initiatives.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
