Project Construction Lead

Job Title : Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager | Project Contract Based

Job Description :

The successful candidate will oversee all construction activities, ensuring performance and recommending improvements to project managers. Key responsibilities include managing contractors, interfacing and coordinating with engineering supporting construction activities, assisting in developing corporate construction policies, overseeing effective management of project activities, managing and leading a group of engineers, coordinating with other departments, liaising with government / statutory authorities, consultants, clients, suppliers etc., providing timely project progress reporting, attending project execution meetings and selecting, guiding and developing a multicultural labour force & management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Master or degree in engineering or equivalent from recognized universities under the BCA
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction experience
• Experience in constructing jetty / pier / wharf
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD
