Job Title : Japanese Culinary Artisan (Cook)
Location : Central Singapore
Salary : Up to $3,400 / month
Work Schedule : 5 or 6 days per week
- Craft and present authentic Japanese dishes, from sushi and sashimi to tempura and donburi.
 - Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure smooth, timely kitchen operations.
 - Guide and support junior team members to maintain consistency and excellence.
 - Manage inventory, monitor supplies, and assist in ordering to keep the kitchen running seamlessly.
 - Uphold impeccable hygiene and safety standards.
 - Take charge during shifts when senior chefs are off, ensuring continuity and quality.
 - Experience : At least 2 years in a professional kitchen, preferably in Japanese cuisine.
 - Skill : Deep understanding of Japanese cooking techniques and flavor balance.
 - Mindset : Reliable, hands-on, calm under pressure, and ready to lift your team up.
