Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (ACCA / CPA preferred). 5+ years of experience handling full-set accounts. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance. Proficient in accounting software (Zoho Books, Netiquette, ERP systems) and Excel. Proficient in English; ability to liaise with Chinese-speaking regional teams is an advantage. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL), month-end closing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and analysis.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
- Support process improvement, system implementation, and internal controls.
- Oversee finance operations across multiple companies / entities (local and overseas).
