Job descriptionSupervise and ensure the well-being, safety, and discipline of students in the student care centre Provide guidance and support to students in completing their school homework and assignments Facilitate learning and enrichment activities that promote character development and life skills Conduct activities and lessons with a focus on Chinese Language depending on teaching strength Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive environment Communicate with parents / guardians on students’ progress when necessary Strong proficiency in Chinese for Chinese-focused teaching, to guide students effectively Genuine interest and passion for working with children Good interpersonal and classroom management skills Relevant experience in student care, education, or childcare is an advantage
