Director, Project Management office (PMO)

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director, Project Management Office (PMO) to lead its regional project management office across Asia. This role acts as the central orchestrator across all data center development projects, ensuring governance, cross-functional alignment, and timely delivery. You will oversee the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning through execution and operational handover—while enabling diverse teams to collaborate effectively toward shared outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement standardized project management practices across the team to ensure consistent execution, reporting, and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (M&A, Design, Construction, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal) to maintain strategic alignment and seamless collaboration.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through handover, ensuring operational readiness and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Facilitate structured communication and decision-making across internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor project schedules, identify risks, and drive timely resolution to meet critical milestones.
• Deliver concise, insight-driven updates to senior leadership for strategic visibility and informed decision-making.
• Continuously refine project workflows, tools, and documentation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee external vendors and contractors to ensure quality, compliance, and timely execution.
• Ensure smooth transitions between project phases with clear documentation and handoffs.
• Support budget tracking and cost control across all stages of project execution.
• Champion project governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across Asia project sites.
