The HR Director develops and implements HR strategies,
policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals to manage
the entire human capital and human resources department in BYD by
1826. You will report directly to the Chief Executive
Officer.

responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance
management, employee relations, developing and overseeing
compensation and benefits, payroll, ensuring legal compliance,
managing the HR budget and manpower cost, and fostering a positive
company culture. The role involves working with Executive
Leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business
objectives.
Strategic
Planning : Develop and execute long-term HR
strategies, plans, and programs that support the organization's
overall goals.
Talent
Management : Oversee all aspects of employee
lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance
management, training, and retention.
Policy Development : Develop,
create, implement, and enforce company-wide HR policies and
procedures.
Compliance : Ensure the
organization complies with all federal, state, and local labor laws
and regulations.
Compensation
& Benefits : Design and manage competitive
compensation, benefits, and payroll programs for
employees.
Employee
Relations : Manage employee conflicts, grievances,
and conduct exit interviews while promoting a positive workplace
environment.
Payroll and HR
MIS : Manage the payroll cycles, ensuring timing
payment.
HR
Leadership : Supervise the HR department, ensuring
efficient daily workflows and providing strategic
guidance.
Budget
Management : Develop and manage the budget for the
human resources department.
Reporting & Analytics :
Analyze HR data to report on key metrics and inform strategic
decision-making.
Organizational
Culture : Work to create and foster a positive and
productive company culture that aligns with business
objectives.
Skills
& Requirements
degree in Business, Business Administration, Psychology, or Human
Resources.
At least 15 years of professional
experience in human resources with a minimum of 5 years in a
leadership role leading an HR team.
IHRP-CP (Certified
Professional) is required.
Strategic Thinking : Ability
to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Leadership : Strong
management and leadership skills to guide the HR team.
Communication : Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with
