Creative Lead (Appliances / Retail)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of designers, ensuring creative excellence and timely project delivery
• Create marketing assets for both digital (e-commerce visuals, banners, ads, social media creatives) and offline platforms (campaign pages, catalogues, POP displays, etc.) to support launches and campaigns
• Establish and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all communication channels
• Support video production by assisting in shoots and handling video editing for promotional content
• Design with a strong focus on conversion optimization to meet business goals
• Partner with marketing teams to deliver impactful and result-oriented campaigns
• Keep up with evolving design, marketing, and e-commerce trends to ensure relevance and innovation
• Oversee project pipelines, prioritize effectively, and manage resource allocation within the design team
