Responsibilities :
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing
- HR administration such as system input, filing, prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation
- Handle all work passes and work permit application / renewal / cancellation, dormitory matters, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, Core-trade, levy waiver, medical check-up for new hire and workers
- Administration of employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims, employee training and others
- Attendance checking and overtime processing
- Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and various HR related surveys.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Human ResourcesMinimum 3 years as a HR Generalist with payroll processing experiencePrefer candidates who has minimum 3 years experience in Construction SectorAble to work independently with minimum supervisionFamiliar with MOM regulations and HR practicesPossess good communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and payroll softwareWilling to work at Tuas South (Company transport provided at Boon Lay MRT)Tell employers what skills you have
