Qualifications include :
Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred
over 10 years of professional experience : preferably in branding / marketing, management consulting, brand management, or market research
Demonstrated leadership skills, both vertically and laterally, and ability to bring clarity to team in ambiguous situations
Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
Ability to work cross-functionally, with a solid understanding of market research
Ease and confidence with "thinking on your feet" – can effortlessly lead a workshop with a group of senior executives
Proven ability to develop new offers and capabilities to grow the Strategy3 business
Strong business acumen / critical thinking, with demonstrated competency in specific focus areas
Strong track record of leading proposals and business development
Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
Enormous personal impact, executive presence, and ability to instill trust in top leadership
Ability to lead, mentor, and advocate for junior team members while serving as a "culture add"- we're not looking for people who "fit our mold"; rather, we want to bring on team members who will mold our culture by pushing us to think in new ways
