UX/UI Designer

What you will do

• Work with Engineers and Product Managers to build things that bring value to our customers
• Have a good balance between autonomy and support to translate the challenges our customers face into designs that address them
• Propose UX and UI solutions throughout the customer journey for both our Web and Mobile experiences
• Receive constructive feedback and being capable of interpreting it into design solutions
• Produce high-quality design solutions through user flows, wireframes, visual and high fidelity mock-ups and take into account technical feasibility of the design solutions
• Create and maintain our design system including design components, copy, documentation, and user scenarios
• Establish, promote and maintain design guidelines/ Design Language System (DLS), best practices and standards to cultivate consistency across all our products
• Present high-fidelity designs/mock-ups to the Engineers and Product Managers for feedback, iterations and project kick-off meetings
• Work together with Sales, Marketing & Customer Success teams to deliver communication materials for different brand building purposes

Your Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an UX/UI Designer. For Senior level, at least 5 years of hands-on experience as an UX/UI Designer.
• Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal
• Proficient in various design techniques such as sketching, wireframing, prototyping, development of UI assets and visualize UX flows
• Strong visual design skills
• Experience in working in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Sales
• Passion for elegant design and incorporating innovative technologies
• Used to working with customer data, how to analyze and incorporate into the design process
• Comfortable with presenting designs for a larger team
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

• Motion graphic and video editing skills
• Worked in a team applying agile principles and frameworks
