Chief Asset Strategist

Key Responsibilities :

• We are seeking a seasoned asset management professional to oversee our overall fund strategy, including setting and executing asset allocation and management plans.
• This role will involve preparing and managing annual asset budgets and financial reports with the assistance of the asset management and finance teams.
• The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying and recommending opportunities for asset enhancement, redevelopment, and divestment, as well as managing the sale process.
• In addition, this role will require working closely with appointed property agents to ensure assets are well-managed.
