Technical Support Associate (Electronics Components)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and initiate failure analysis on defective components returned by customers and distributors
• Manage the end-to-end RMA process, including documentation, disposition, and tracking of returns and shipments
• Work closely with the HQ technical department to conduct acceptance tests and validate findings
• Provide general technical and sales support as directed by management
• Handle the movement and management of RMA inventories
