Roles & Responsibilities
1. Participate in pre-sales activities.
2. Technical Expertise : - Provide project management, technical leadership and guidance on railway communication systems, including but not limited to train-to-ground communication, CCTV, public address systems, PABX, Information Display Systems, and fibre-optic networks. - Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
3. Stakeholder Management : - Act as the primary point of contact, and other key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
4. Risk Management : - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive measures are in place to minimize disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes. - Develop contingency plans and lead crisis management efforts as needed.
5. Budget and Resource Management : - Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial targets. - Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
6. Quality Assurance : - Implement and enforce rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of communication systems. - Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and standards. - Ensure all safety requirements are met when carrying out the projects.
Qualifications : -
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications.
