• Manage large‑scale budgets and ensure ROI through strategic prioritisation and effective channel mix.
• Guide cross‑functional teams and agency partners to deliver world‑class creative, digital, and reputation campaigns.
• Evolve the CRM and martech stack to enable personalised, data‑driven marketing and customer lifetime value.
