Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Focus : Direct sales of vacuum pumps, systems, parts, and services in Singapore.
Develop new accounts and meet monthly / yearly sales targets.
Break into key industries : Food Packaging, Medical, Petrochemical, Chemical, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Semiconductor.
Customer Engagement : Daily customer interactions to initiate and coordinate sales activities.
Handle inquiries and generate proposals.
Create leads and follow up on quotations.
Technical & CRM Duties : Use CRM systems to track and report sales activities.
Evaluate customer specifications before order entry.
Conduct onsite troubleshooting and aftersales support.
Market & Product Knowledge : Perform competitive analysis to identify market pricing.
Conduct product and application training.
