Roles & Responsibilities

Our esteemed client in the Electrical Engineering industry is seeking an HR Executive to join their dynamic team :

Employment Type : Permanent
Position : HR Executive
Location : North (Direct buses from Woodlands MRT station)
Working Hours : Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
Salary Package : Up to $4,500 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities :

Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, leave, and work pass matters.

Manage CPF, IR8A, IR21, levy claims, and other government submissions.

Administer foreign worker processes, insurance, and dormitory arrangements.

Support onboarding, resignation, and employee relations matters.

Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance with MOM and company standards.

Job Requirements :

Diploma in HR Management or related field.

At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

Knowledge of Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations.
