Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Coordinating engineer dispatch, project schedules, and service delivery activities
- Manage incoming service requests and monitor progress against SLAs
- Maintain documentation, service records, and internal reports with high accuracy
- Track inventory, equipment, and logistics for project readiness
- Facilitate communication across technical, customer success, and sales teams
- Recommend and implement workflow improvements for better efficiency and compliance
- Work closely with engineers, project leads, and customer stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence.
Requirements :
Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Operations Management, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in technical support, project coordination, service operations, or logistics coordinationExposure to a technology-driven or service delivery environment preferredAbility to track multiple projects and ensure timelines are metSkilled in executing and refining standard operating processesBasic understanding of IT or technical service workflowsFocused on responsiveness, service recovery, and satisfactionStrong ability to maintain accurate records and reportsAble to coordinate and facilitate between technical and non-technical teamsProactive in identifying issues and driving resolutionStrong focus on precision, planning, and people coordination.Kindly email your Resume in MS Words Format to Mr Lex Ong Shee Hean (R ) :
