Job descriptionBachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Education, Business, or a related field Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) Familiarity with the Singapore education system (IB, A-Level, and government school pathways preferred) Prior experience in student recruitment, counseling, or education consulting is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust with students and parents Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating class scheduling with teachers Ability to work collaboratively with the teaching and marketing teams Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (RedNote) and other domestic / international apps for promotion and engagement is strongly preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and advise students for IB, International A-Level, and Singapore government school pathways
- Communicate with parents and students to understand their academic goals and recommend suitable programs
- Coordinate with teachers on class scheduling and student progress
- Support the marketing team in preparing promotional materials (e.g., posters, social media content)
- Provide regular feedback and enrollment reports to the management team
