-NEW- 9 Months Trade Support Analyst (Foreign Bank)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide operational support to the Commodities business in APAC, covering daily trade validation and strategic initiatives.
• Reconcile commodity trades with external sources, rectifying discrepancies on the same day to ensure accuracy and timely validation.
• Monitor trade flows between Front Office and Middle Office, investigating and resolving interface issues.
• Oversee warrant activity by verifying documentation and ensuring smooth transfer of cargo ownership.
• Reconcile booking system positions with warehouse statements on base metals.
• Apply group policies on amendments, cancellations, and technical counterparties in line with compliance standards.
• Report operational issues promptly to management and capture end-of-day exceptions in the risk monitoring tool (Orus).
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
