Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Create conceptual designs and presentations, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D models.
• Develop detailed design plans, floor layouts, and specifications.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and goals.
• Present design concepts and ensure client approval at every stage.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Source and recommend materials, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the design vision and budget.
• Stay updated on market trends and innovative materials.
• Ensure designs comply with safety, accessibility, and building code requirements.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for regulatory approvals.
• Work closely with other designers, drafters, and project coordinators to achieve project goals.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members as required.
