Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented HR & Administrative Executive to manage key HR functions and provide operational support. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily business operations, maintaining compliance with HR policies, and assisting with broader organizational needs. How You Will Make an Impact
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Support recruitment processes across APAC, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding logistics.
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Conduct orientation sessions and continuously refine the onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee employee lifecycle administration within the HRMS BIPO system, ensuring accurate data management.Take charge of onboarding logistics, including preparing laptops, access cards, and office arrangements for new hires.Ensure offboarding formalities are managed smoothly upon initiation, support conducting exit interviews to address concerns, gather feedback, and support a positive transition.Compensation & Benefits
Administer payroll processes, including preparing Payroll Instructions in collaboration with external service providers, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations in each APAC entity.Manage employee benefits, including updating Group Health Insurance enrolments and addressing entitlement-related inquiries.Corporate Admin & Office Management
Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and workplace safety compliance, ensuring efficiency in procurement and facility management.Provide administrative support for company events and meetings when needed.Support basic finance tasks, including invoice processing and petty cash handling.What Makes You a Great Fit
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or office administration, with a proven track record in performance management, HR systems, and payroll administration. Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.Proficiency in HRIS systems, specifically BIPO or similar platforms; advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong understanding of local labour laws and statutory requirements. Knowledge of HR analytics and data-driven decision-making is advantageous.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment where independent work is key.
