Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team at Arise Services Pte Ltd as we are expanding. In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Handling pre and post-course registration
- Handling paperwork before, during, and after a course
- Communicate effectively with clients on course details
- Reply to customers' enquiries on course information / customer complaints, and feedback to the Stakeholders.
- Prepare and file documents
- Input accurate customers' data entry into the system
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Other ad hoc duties as assignments
Qualifications
Education / Skills / Experience :
Minimally a diploma in any fieldExcellent communication skill in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)Open to entry-level candidates and fresh graduates with strong potentialAt least 1 year of working experience in the related field is a plusAttention to detail and excellent organizational skillsProficiencient in basic applications like MS Office and ZoomAble to communicate to Mandarin speaking customersTell employers what skills you have
