Client
is specializing in providing Lanscaping solutions like plant rental
services, festive decoration, plants for event for businesses and
industry in financial, healthcare, commercial property, residential
property, retail and education.
Additionally, you will cultivate and strengthen
connections with new and existing clients, comprehensively
understanding their requirements, offering tailored solutions, and
introducing new or alternative products to address their
needs.
You will work closely with the sales
team, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to
identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities for potential and
existing clients.
You will play a crucial role
maintaining long-term partnerships and maximizing revenue from new
and existing clients, for the
company.
Requirements :
Preferable profiles with at least 2 years of sales
experience in landscaping sector.
Those with sales experience in FMCG background is
welcome to apply
Comfortable
with hunter sales role in getting new leads and clients, transport
allowance claimable for site
visit.
Duties and
Responsibilities : Account
& Client Relationship
Management : Develop
and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
Understand clients' needs, business objectives, and
challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Provide consultation and proposals for indoor plants and
landscape solutions.
Managing new and existing
client accounts.
Act as the point of contact
for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for
clients.
Sales Target
Achievements : Focus on
acquiring new customers to achieve revenue growth and meet sales
targets
Additionally, aim to achieve revenue
retention and growth from existing customers
Negotiate / close deals and handle customer
feedback.
Collaboration
and Coordination : Work
closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and
CRS team.
Ensure a coordinated approach to
client management.
Share insights and feedback
from clients to improve products and
services.
Performance
Monitoring and Reporting :
Monitor and report on sales
performance.
