Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or relevant field. Min 2-3 years relevant experience working in similar position. Creative, resourceful, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Formulate leasing strategy to target desired trade mix.
- Handle all enquiries, viewings, lease negotiations, renewals, and administration.
- Develop marketing collateral and circulars.
- Keep up to date on the latest trend for retail sector.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial and monthly reports, and monitor performance.
- Work closely with other departments to support in marketing event and strengthen tenant relation.
- Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor or management.
