Job descriptionCheck cash register : Prepare bills and present to the customer. Casher closing Assist and coordinate activities of staff from preparing and serving Food & Beverage (F&B). Clean the table. Keeping cleanliness of dining area. No required experience in working for service crew in F&B operations. Only required to be motivate to work with team working and any interest in Japanese foods and / or F&B Services. As per the job nature, you are require to work on‑site. Having a Food Hygiene Certificate will be an advantage. You must be able to speak fluent English to coordinate with our teams. Require to work multiple location in Singapore
Objection
Service Crew is to ensure that you deliver a high level of customer service, in a clean and safe environment. To provide dining service to all customers according to YAYOI service standard with “Customer FIRST” mind and good smile. Follow the operation manual, and able to carry out the assigned duties responsibly.
Responsibility
- Greet with warm smile and lead guests to seat.
- Describe the menu, when customer required.
- Challenge to up-selling of F&B to enable to hit sales target.
- Preparation and setting up tables.
- Be on time to attend daily Briefing.
- Topping up table items e.g.
sauces / chopsticks / tissue papers / plates / chili powder
correct float / - if coins and notes are sufficient inform Manager to get extra coins and notes from bank, if needed.
