Our client is

a global leader in Oil & Gas, Marine Offshore Engineering and

Fabrication. They are currently seeking for Finance

Manager.

Responsibilities

Manages accounting functions, preparation of reports,

statistics detailing financial results.

Establishes and maintains accounting practices to ensure

accurate and reliable data necessary for business

operations.

Maintains a documented system of

accounting policies and procedures.

Performs

month end closing of accounts.

Manages the

preparation of the company's budget.

Performs

monthly financial statements consolidation for the

group.

Forecasts cash flow positions, related

borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.

Prepares monthly consolidated accounts, quarterly and

year end results announcement.

Ensures

compliance with Singapore FRS and other statutory

requirements.

Prepare the Annual

Report.

Assist in Internal Control over

Financial Reporting (ICFA) Audit.

Review of

our company's taxation computation.

Supervises

professional and clerical accounting employees in daily

operation.

Requirement

Degree in Accounting and / or professional accounting

qualification

Min 8 years of relevant working

experience in Marine / O&G / Construction / Building / Manufacturing

sector or related field

Possess ACCA, ISCA and

CPA certifications

Experienced in managing

Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

processes

Able to speak Mandarin as you are required to assist and

work with Mandarin speaking clients and

colleagues.

will be commensurate based on experience & skills and the
