Job descriptionCertificate from BCA BIM Modelling course orequivalent Degree / Diploma inEngineering Familiar with Singapore BCA BIMguidelines and authority submissions Goodknowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & Naviswork Manage Experience in M&E, PSG or Fire systems design andprepare drawings Understanding of Local coderequirements for Electrical Systems At least 2years experiences in Singapore construction industry.
Responsibilities :
- Creation of 3D model content and ensuring model qualitycontrol.
- Comply modelling requirements for theproject, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes.
- Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multipledisciplines.
- Comply with BIM execution planrequirements for the project.
- Work closelywith design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings / BIM models.
