Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

You will manage the systems administration function and lead the organizations’ system project and environments, including planning and overseeing systems upgrades and migrations and global Microsoft 365 platform. You will join a global team of engineers in the area of the Digital workplace and participate in daily operations, troubleshoot and service management activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deployment, troubleshoot, maintenance, upgrade and support IT infrastructures including WAN, LAN, Firewall and servers.
  • Administration of Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM, and Hybrid Exchange
  • Maintain system documentation and assist in ad-hoc duties / projects
  • Implement and support Microsoft Intune
  • Interface with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT Infrastructures
  • Assist in testing of new tools and technologies to ensure seamless deployment to end-users
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may affect enterprise systems
  • Implement and maintain backups, security and business continuity strategies
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in ticketing system
  • Backup to support end-users when required
  • Research and recommend initiatives and where possible, automate administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / IT with minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
  • Experience in system design, implementation and managing Microsoft Windows Technologies : Windows Servers 2012R2 and above, Active Directory, Exchange 2016
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and proficiency of O365 management, Enterprise Mobility & Security services including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Mobile Device Management (MDM), Azure Information protection (AIP), Exchange Online, Defender and Data Loss Protection.
  • Identity Management / Single Sign on Administration experience (Microsoft Active Directory, Azure SSO, Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access Policy)
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V or Nutanix)
  • Working experience with backup and recovery system using Veeam
  • Working Knowledge in Network Monitoring Systems
  • Working Knowledge in Remote Desktop Services
  • Good knowledge in Azure / AWS
  • Good Knowledge in network technologies (Switching, routing, firewall)
  • Good knowledge in defending against Cyber Attacks and malicious hacking activities
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Team player and in a fast-paced environment
  • Good to have Microsoft 365 Certification / ITIL / CCNA
