The Manager / Senior Manager, Commercial Growth supports the strategic objectives of the Client's overall growth through commercial initiatives by executing targeted sales, partnerships, and tenancy strategies, focusing on implementation of specific programs and initiatives to drive revenue, enhance commercial partnerships, and optimize space utilization, contributing to the broader commercial goals of the Client.
Job Scope
Business Planning and Revenue Generation
Support the development and execution of targeted strategies to enhance revenue streams in order to meet sales objectives and support footfall targets
Business Development
Utilise market research and data analysis to identify new markets, partnership opportunities, and revenue channels to expand NS Square's client base
Key Account and Partnership Management
Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to maximise satisfaction and revenue opportunities
Tenancy & Property Management
Oversee tenancy management and contractual agreements to optimise Client's space utilisation and support commercial expansion
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
At least 10 years of relevant work experience
Proven experience in commercial sales, partnership development, contract management and property management within entertainment, sports or retail sectors
