about the Job

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the enterprise SDM framework, automating process workflows, and ensuring compliance with DevOps and Change Management standards. The role involves maintaining process repositories, integrating tools like JIRA, Confluence, and CMDBs, and driving Agile process maturity through data-driven governance and automation.

Skills and Experience Required

• Expertise in SDM Framework governance within large-scale enterprise environments, with strong knowledge of DevOps, ITIL, and Change Management controls.
• Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, and MS365 ecosystems , including workflow automation, macro integration, and API-based customization.
• Hands-on experience with process automation tools (Python, Power Automate, or AI copilots) for document lifecycle, approvals, and audit workflows.
• Advanced process modelling skills using MS Visio, BPMN, UML, and SDLC visualization frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models , including metrics instrumentation (velocity, lead time, throughput).
• Experience managing enterprise content repositories (Intranet, SharePoint, Confluence) with governance, versioning, and access control mechanisms.
• Knowledge of CMDB integrations and configuration alignment across DevOps toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, Git, JIRA).
• Capability to perform process assurance and compliance validation , including structured audits, housekeeping, and automated archival routines.
