Responsibilities :
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing brokenlocks, filling gaps on walls, etc.
- Performbuilding maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, repairingbroken / leaking plumbing, door or wall repair, etc.
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm& control panels)
- Attend to emergencyservice breakdown
- Perform storehousekeeping
- Perform other related duties asrequired.
