Role Overview

As Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving Panstay’s commercial growth. You will lead revenue expansion initiatives, oversee strategic account onboarding, and foster cross-functional collaboration to strengthen Panstay’s market presence. This role requires a commercially driven leader with strong relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for scaling innovative solutions in the hospitality and property technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Expansion

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments.

Build and expand partnerships with corporate clients, relocation agencies, and property owners.

Account Onboarding & Management

Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring seamless integration into Panstay’s platform.

Establish strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to drive long-term engagement and retention.

Monitor client performance metrics and proactively address issues to maximize satisfaction and revenue.

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales activities with overall company strategy.

Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product innovation and service improvements.

Mentor and lead the sales team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales leadership with 8+ years of experience, ideally in hospitality, real estate, or proptech.
  • Strong background in revenue growth, account management, and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on in a startup environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively in fast-paced organizations.
