Manage shipment-related cost entries and

approval processes using internal systems

Issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate

manner

Create and distribute monthly billing

summaries to clients

Validate invoice accuracy

and address any inconsistencies or disputes

Handle customer billing queries and ensure effective

resolution

Perform financial month-end closing

activities in accordance with deadlines

Work

cross-functionally to verify billing data and maintain integrity in

financial reporting

Oversee and follow up with

external vendors and part-time staff on timely

invoicing
