Job Description

Position Title : Built Heritage Consultant
Working Location : Boon Lay
Working Hours : 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.30pm)
Salary Package : Basic salary up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus
Duration : 2-years Contract (Convertible to Permanent)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare heritage assessment reports, such as Heritage Statements, Statements of Significance, Impact Reports, and Building Recording Reports.

Conduct archival research and prepare desk-based assessments.

Carry out site surveys and visit libraries or archives.

Communicate with clients and stakeholders to support project delivery and identify ways to improve heritage sites.

Work together with other professionals, such as designers, engineers, and environmental specialists, to benefit both clients and the environment.

Manage heritage surveys, including condition assessments and building recording.

Be a supportive team member, contributing to high-quality project work and professional growth.

Degree in Built Heritage, Architecture, or a related field required. Other built environment degrees (e.g., Building, Conservation) will be considered.

At least two years of working experience in built heritage or the built environment is preferred.

Candidates without experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided.

A valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
