Job descriptionDegree or Diploma qualification. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of experience in tanker operations will be considered an advantage. Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage competing priorities. Proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure. Willing to work flexible hours and remain on standby when needed. Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the operations of multiple tankers in collaboration with the Chartering team and internal ship management.
- Act as the main point of contact with charterers, brokers, agents, and vessels on voyage instructions and schedules.
- Monitor compliance with charter party agreements, arrange agency services, and manage shipping documents.
- Assess stowage plans and tank cleaning schedules under the direction of the Head of Operations.
- Coordinate with masters, owners, and agents, providing guidance on cargo loading, discharging, and stowage.
- Supervise loading and discharging processes along with the preparation of related documentation.
- Submit operational reports and updates to the Head of Operations.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
