Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes in key markets (particularly Greater China & APAC) and analyze their impact on our business strategy.
  • Act as a strategic partner driving competitive intelligence and operational excellence.
  • Blend strategic market analysis with hands-on process optimization.
  • Support ambitious growth plans through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Research and evaluate industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and emerging opportunities to identify potential risks and avenues for growth.
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis to assess business models and market positioning.
  • Research industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop strategic recommendations and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Manage and deliver strategic projects aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and business cases.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related degree, Qualifications in Business or Finance are a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge on commercial law and regulatory matters is a must and particularly Greater China & APAC region
  • Experience in Construction industries or related industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading process improvement and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
