Up to $5000 / month + AWS + VB

Job Scope :

Oversee daily operations and front counter services at assigned service points.

Partner with Nurse Managers and key stakeholders to enhance processes, resolve operational issues, and improve patient care.

Achieve service volume and financial targets through effective planning and performance monitoring.

Manage budgets, conduct regular reviews with clinical heads, and support the development of new services.

Lead and develop a team of non-nursing staff, ensuring effective communication, staff engagement, and timely issue resolution.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree qualification

At least 3 years' work experience in Healthcare Industry, Healthcare operational experience is advantageous

Strong analytical and communication skills

Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and collaborative cross-functional teams
