Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Changi

Salary : Up to $4000

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle daily operations, fault rectifications, and regular inspections of building and M&E systems
• Attend to service requests such as replacing faulty lighting, ceiling boards, and repairs
• Plan and oversee contractors for maintenance and repair work; ensure compliance with contracts and safety standards
• Assist Engineering Manager with quality maintenance programs and regulatory compliance
• Respond to emergency calls and faults during and outside office hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contractors / vendors
• Support investigations into quality deviations and implement corrective actions to meet cGMP requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
