OPERATIONS
General Office Administration and Operations
- Provide administrative and logistics support
- Responsible for managing the premise cleaning services and ensuring premise tidiness
- Support ground operations (e.g. registration, assist in moving supplies) and compliance with health monitoring
- Receive and inspect incoming goods
- Top-up medical items in wards and stores
- Updating of store records
- Make requisitions for replenishment to maintain stocks at optimal level in accordance with established company procedures
Facilities Management
Administer preventive maintenance programsOversee maintenance and upkeep of all items and assets related to facility management and housekeeping, including supervision of contractorsWorkplace Safety and Health
Coordinate the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) team and keep record of incident reportsImplement safety regulations and precautions and ensure that staff are briefed and prepared for emergency and rescue operationsCorrdinate with Fire Safety Manager on staff induction in fire safety and evacuation procedures
