Provide
administrative and logistics support
Responsible for managing the premise cleaning services
and ensuring premise tidiness
Support ground
operations (e.g. registration, assist in moving supplies) and
compliance with health monitoring
Receive and
inspect incoming goods
Top-up medical items in
wards and stores
Updating of store
records
Make requisitions for replenishment to
maintain stocks at optimal level in accordance with established
company procedures
Facilities
Management
Administer preventive
maintenance programs
Oversee maintenance and
upkeep of all items and assets related to facility management and
housekeeping, including supervision of
contractors
Workplace Safety and
Health
Coordinate the Workplace
Safety and Health (WSH) team and keep record of incident
reports
Implement safety regulations and
precautions and ensure that staff are briefed and prepared for
emergency and rescue operations
Corrdinate
with Fire Safety Manager on staff induction in fire safety and
evacuation procedures
