We are seeking driven, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Loan Brokers on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will help individuals and businesses secure funding through a wide range of financial products including personal loans, business loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, and more. Key Responsibilities :

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of clients seeking funding
• Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and match them with appropriate loan products
• Guide clients through the application process and manage lender communications
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various loan programs and underwriting guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and lending partners
