With over three years of successful operations and steady growth, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and uphold our high standards of service.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Oversee the daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing requirements.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH.
Customer Experience
Greet and engage with guests, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes.Uphold True Cost’s unique concept and ensure guests understand and enjoy the value of our offering.Financial & Administrative
Monitor daily sales performance, budgets, and cost control measures.Assist in driving revenue through upselling, promotions, and events.Manage inventory of FOH supplies and ensure cost-effective operations.Prepare reports for management on sales, service quality, and operational performance.Requirements
Minimum 4–6 years of F&B experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including reservations, events, and service flow.Financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and reporting.Must be Singaporean, PR, or LTVP holder .Benefits
