Job Description
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for manufacturing roles, ensuring the attraction of highly skilled candidates across production, engineering, quality, and other related functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and create clear, compelling job descriptions.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for manufacturing talent.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and leveraging online platforms, recruitment events, and partnerships with universities and trade schools.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms to fulfill temporary and permanent hiring needs.
- Leverage data and market insights to improve recruitment outcomes and ensure competitive positioning in the manufacturing talent market.
