Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain accurate records in the warehouse.
- Receiving and Shipping : Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, ensuring they are checked for accuracy and quality. Coordinate the packing and shipping of outgoing orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Compliance and Safety : Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all staff.
- Team Support : Assist in training new warehouse staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Work collaboratively with warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations and resolve any issues that arise.
- Customer Service : Address customer inquiries regarding order status and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and sales, to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations.
