Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Freight Booking : Coordinate bookings with carriers and suppliers.
  • Tracking & Tracing : Monitor shipments and update clients on delivery timelines.
  • Documentation : Assist with Bill of Lading (BL), invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Client Support : Respond to inquiries and provide operational updates.
  • Data Entry : Update systems with shipment information and milestones.

Job Requirements :

  • Min GCE ‘O’ level
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to perform in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Possess good analytical skills and team player
  • Able to work with initiative
