Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales / Senior Sales Manager, you are expected to maximize all streams of revenue in achieving targeted occupancies and average room rates.
Responsibilities :
- Establish lead generation & acquire new accounts to achieve revenue goals based on market segmentation and budget
- Plan sales activities and set sales priorities to achieve the revenue goals for all segments
- Maximizing the use of resources to penetrate new accounts to achieve new business goals
- Develop ongoing relationships with the clients to ensure business continuity
- Ensure timely communication with the Sales team to achieve group and event revenue goals
- To carry out other duties as and when assigned by the Management
Pre-requirements :
At least Diploma in business administration, marketing or a related field is requiredMinimum 5 years' relevant working experience in the hotel industryMust be proactive, self-motivated, business oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player & Leadership qualityTell employers what skills you have
