Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

Salary : $1,800 – $2,500
Working hours : 8 : 00am – 5 : 15pm (Mon – Fri)
Location : Jurong East

Job Responsibilities :

This job focuses on the technical aspects of lift and building system.

Performing scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks

Responding to corrective maintenance issues as needed

Participating in standby duties when required

Assisting in follow-ups related to breakdown reports and supporting the Standby Section

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all work carried out

Attending to building or equipment inspections conducted (e.g. FSB)

Assisting in investigations related to equipment damages or personnel incidents

Following up on quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) issues

Job requirements :

Experience in the lift industry is preferred but not mandatory

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint , including creating tables and analysing data

Possession of a Certificate of Competency (CoC) will be an advantage
