Flash Coffee is expanding across Singapore! We are launching outlets island wide and we’re looking for highly motivated, customer centric Captain Barista to join & manage our stores!
What You'll Do:
- Report to Assistant Area Manager (AAM) / Area Manager (AM)
- Act as the Store-in-Charge and supervise Baristas
- Ensure proper operation of stores (follow tasks and SOPs)
- Responsible for leading and motivating team
- Responsible for stock taking and inventory management/ordering
- Bring up store and team issues to AAM / AM
- Liaise with Marketing for promotions and collaterals
- Liaise with SC for inventory ordering
- Prepare and serve hot / cold beverages
- Represent company philosophy
- Give best customer experience
Who You Are:
- Min. 1 year experience as a manager / supervisor
- Attention to detail
- Customer service oriented, great communication skills
- Good command in English preferred
