Job Description

Industry / Organization Type : Logistics & Freight Forwarding
Position Title : Tally Clerk
Working Location : Kampong Bahru
Working Hours : 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm) Sat (8.30am - 12.30pm)
Salary Package : Basic Salary + Phone Allowance + AWS
Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Verify the loading and unloading of items from trucks and arrange the goods in the receiving or dispatch area as needed.

Count products and compare them with documentation to confirm the accuracy of shipments entering and leaving the facility.

Note any discrepancies between shipped and received quantities on the consignor’s documents and tally sheet.

Report any irregularities, spoilage, or damages.

Perform re-packing, reconstitution, and separation of damaged items as necessary.

Track cargo.

Complete any additional tasks as assigned.
